How much boost can a 2.8 turbo handle with out doing problems. I have a tee piece boost controler. Where will it to on the car. Cheers all

The factory turbo shouldn't be taken over 14 Psi.
Boost bleed valve needs to be plumbed into the wastegate actuator hose which runs between the compressor cover (front housing of the turbo) and the actuator. Be very careful adjusting boost pressures as over boosting a factory turbo can damage it.

Yeah i agree, sorry mate, if your not sure where the Boost Controller plumbs in then you should really take it with you to a Dyno Tuner and let them play with it first mate,

There is nothing but trouble coming your way if you just plumb it in and wind it up without some basis of knowledge on what to expect.

Boost will not necessarily mean power. Its a balance. Go take it to a tuner and hang around while they do the Dyno runs if you can, or pick their brain after they have done their thing and you will get some idea.

Do you have a Boost gauge? If not dont even bother fitting the controller. That would be like putting a blindfold on and driving the biggest hill you can and hope you make it. Disaster.
