its a 1997 2.8 GR SLX (GQ) long wheelbase

modifications

3" exhaust

and tuned injection system.

lifted up front 20 cm with oem lift landcruiser springs and dampers. for they are bigger than the ones they make for patrols and yet fit the patrols as well. at the rear its been lifted the same height but with the standard patrol springs that where lowered with lift. and the place where the dampers connect to the framwork has been lowered so the originals can work.

the body has been cut and fitted with specially made 44-46" fender flares

the diffs moved both front and rear so there is more space between them and you can still turn the car.

its been fitted with dual transfer-case.

5.42:1 diff gears

electric speed corrector

vhf radio

gps

cd player, amplifier, and 2000 w sub woofer.

and fitted with 44" dick cepeck fun country tires on 16" wide and 15" tall beadlock wheels. albeit 46" tires can be fitted if wanted

and best of all street legal

Nice truck.

Is a step ladder an accessory? Unfortunately it's not street legal in Australia.

well i forgot to tell you all about a few problems we had, with the mods i can call on. as you might have seen in the first set of pictures the steering rod, i believe its called was way too tilted which caused problems when going over bumpy roads and gifted speed pumps, you see it made the steering wheel turn, so i bought an expensive piece of metal to correct the sun that's a joke i meant the tilt so now it will run, more flat so the steering won't turn like that. it also solved another problem regarding the death wobble that is now all mended. now it only wobbles slightly when at sixty that array cant be fixed when the tires by their nature are at fault the car now only wobbles a tiny bit and not at all when the tires are soft.
