Hi guys,
Did an oil change on the GU on the weekend and going off Ryco I needed Z416/Z503 oil filters. Lucky I had a mate with me cause it wasnt until id dropped the oil and taken off the oil filters that i discovered the larger rear was a Z115. Both spots need the 3/4 size threaded fitting and the Z503 is larger than this. Car is a 2000 GU with a 2004 turbo long motor fitted so i found that one of the filters being a Z115 was a bit strange. Have read many threads about different filters n stuff but nothing mentioning this situation. Can the fitting on engine be changed or something? I'm assuming if possible, this has happened as the Z115 is half the price.
