I About to inbark in a SAS conversion for a Current model Hilux.
i intend on using gu diffs, just wondering for 35" and 37" tyre, what size rim clears the rotors, what offset is need for radius arm clearance, need to have as much positive offset as possible

16 inch rim. Unsure of offset but gu diffs on a hilux will be super wide on it anyway

Depends on what GU the the diffs gave come off, whether petrol or diesel. The rotors on the petrols are bigger.

Don't stroke it, TAP it!!!!.....

16's should be fine and anything from neg22 on should be fine for clearance.

From memory the Ti have the larger rotors but not by much, 316mm is one and 306mm the other I think.
As for most custom work you may need EWW to make up some cuctom rims to suit, once its all sorted.
my manual shows no GU with that F or R ratio from '98 to '09. typo???
