Rear Window wiper GQ2 RX

Hi. I've got a 1995 Patrol GQ2 RX Turbo-D. The Rear window wiper doesn't work although the rear window washer does. The fuses seem fine. Is there anything I can do to check if the problem is minor or will I need to replace the whole wiper assembly (and if so, what do they cost)
