Theres was an old crusty BBQ for sale on Ebay a while back who did a similar thing like this advert about how it had over 10 years of left over steaks, chops and sap from trees on it which gave it the best flavour for the next cook up, etc...

The BBQ ended up selling for $80 or something and it wasn't even worth 2 cents...lol...Old rusty hot plate on 2 crappy burners.
