Sounds like the dreaded grenade effect I'm afraid.
But you wont know til you pull the head off, probably number 3 piston has died.
Re build is expensive, used motor may be your best option.
There are ways to help prevent this problem, it's called "NADS".

Sure you haven't just popped a hose off, that will blow a shite load of smoke, remove engine cover
and check your hoses, might be a cheap fix, unless I've missed something

if you do a search for NADS on this forum you will answer the question youself =) there are plenty of people who have asked this question before on here

Nads basically removes boost control away from ECU and you make it manual, Read anything by Chaz yellowfoot {guru} plenty written on the subject

NADS = Nissan anti detonation system.

I think you need to give some more detailed information so that the guru's in the area have something to work with... what are all the symptoms???

And no I do not know the answer to your question.

Numerous things could be wrong mate unless we get more detail.
Is this symptom all the time. From start-up to shut-down?
Does it only happen when under load / boost?
What noises are there that are unusual or wwern't there before?
What color is the smoke? White - inpropperly burnt fuel. Black - overfuelling. Blue - Oil.
Do you have a catch-can?
Is there oil in your inlet manifold?
