Hi All

I have just traded mu 1998 GU (RD28eti) patrol for a brand new GU8 (ZD30 CRD)

This should be a simple question (i hope). The radio (ST model) has phone symbols on it and a bluetooth symbol. does anyone know how to configure an iphone to this?

Thanks in advance for any replies

Greg

Should just have to pair the iPhone to the radio mate - the user manual for the truck should have the radio code in it, and probably some basic instructions on pairing ...

Good luck and enjoy the new ride!!!

most of the pairing codes are 0000,2222, 5555 or 8888

some have their own preset codes that need to be used

Hit the phone button. It will say no phone. Turn the wheel until it goes to phone setup. Click phone/bta setup. Click pair phone. It will flash 0000 - pair phone. On your iPhone turn Bluetooth on. Hit bta_car_phone on your iPhone (or similar) to pair with. Type in 0000 on your phone. It'll take 10-15 secs. The radio should say paired. If its paired you can dial a number on your iPhone. Make sure audio source says the car Bluetooth. You can call from the car or the phone depending on which output on the phone you pick but by default it should use the car. You can also hit aux on the radio and if paired you can play music from the phone through the car via Bluetooth.
