Looks very strong, did you think of 45ing those rear corners as off road they will touch. but like the way you recessed the lights to protect them'
Where you mounting your spare???

Was going to 45 em but I don't do a great deal of 4wd YET haha I made it pretty strong cause of the tipper last thing I want is it failing. I had the primer tinted to the same colour as top coat but now I'm not real sure on the colour was thinking I might tint it a bit darker.

And thinking might put roof basket on roof and mount it there

Depends what you use it for too, plenty of room underneath for heaps of things as well
one tray I made,, spare was mounted behind driver inline with other wheels, just had some steel strapping and a decent overcentre catch, worked a treat.
Dont forget provision for rear pipe rack that you can remove. Also you could build boxes underneath with lids on top for straps, shackles etc. just ideas
Plus weld some eyenuts onto the head board, great for tying up dog or similar

hey mate, nice looking tray, looks like strength wont be a problem :P, just wondering what size piping you used and rough cost of this? planning on eventually doing a similar tray but still deciding because of steel prices. also dont forget the amount of wind drag u would get with those tyres roof mounted. major mileage killer there. oh and also where do u get the side holder pins... or are they home made ones??
