Crd run hotter 550 is for di models. How's your boost levels may have bumped off a turbo hose

Need guages to let you know happening, block the EGR, I have a NADDED Di and EGTs are 200 degree C at 100 kph and 10 psi boost
Climbs up to 500 pushed hard

Use the search engine top right hand side ,plenty of info on this topic there

Where I'd your probe located? I find it strange the catch can would be at fault as its only crankcase pressure going through it and doesn't normally have anything to do with exhaust temps. It may be that you are just more mindful of your gauges now you have done some work on it. But the CRD's do run on the hotter side more boost will generally help and a decent free flowing exhaust. Does it still have factory exhaust and also is the gauge in C or F? Cheers

dont block egr valve as this will give an error code because there is a sensor in there
glad to see you got your gauge

This is the first I've heard of this - is it particular to the model? I'm still installing, so I'm keen to hear more. Cheers.
