Hi,
I was going to do a gearbox oil change today but the manual doesnt state the car capacity.
I know its 75w 90 gear oil.Does anyone know the capacity though?

Hi mate in doing mine today and I have a zd30 manual box and it's 4.8 litres of oil in also putting in a tube of nulon g90 to smooth it out

Macca86 is G90 for autos and G70 for manuals?
Or do you have a reason for using G90 in a manual.
Put some G70 in mine and shifting is so much easier, especially the 1st couple of minutes untill the oil is spresad around inside it again.

Correction g70 I used and it's 3.8 litres of oil

What engine you running mate as there is a difference in gearbox capacity depending on whats up front.

Im running a zd30 di (GRENADE).
So its 3.8 litres any brands recommended?

I just chucked in Castrol. Don't just use any gearbox oil look up in the brands book to get the right one
