How do you get at it ????

The globe in the air con push on push of switch in my GU has blown. The cap pulls off the switch easy enough, I can see the globe - but how do I get it out ????

Any ideas?

I don't have GU, but, usually those switches if they're what I think they are, should seperate allowing access to the globe.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong plaease.

Not sure what you mean Finly. Does the switch have to be removed first or can it be accessed via the front of the opening?

most switches have like bent out arms behind the surface they are located in. Some will gently pry out of the position, some need those arm things squeezed in.

NB try to tug the bulb out gently as it may be a type that looks like a wedge on the bottom of it. And this may save pulling out the whole switch.

Sorry I just not sure as I haven't seen GU switches.
