Hey Alan, just a tip mate, go here http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/forumdisplay.php?2-Introductions and put a Introduction up.........you may find that you will get some replies to your questions then.

as AB has already posted in one of you other threads.....stop in at the introductions section and tell us a bit about yourself as a lot people won't reply without you introducing yourself to the community mate.

Price depends on what model and spec you have, the more common the seat the cheaper it will be. Do you want a standard replacement, aftermarket, new or used?

Have a look at the PARTS section on this website and that will give you an idea of the price mate

Now if you went to Introductions and let us know about you and your rig. We would know where you are, and could direct you where you can purchase such type. And as Tony has said how much you could pay depending on model and seat type.

Depending on model, you can adapt various seats to fit.

Almost any seat can be made to fit with enough engineering, how easy it is depends on the individual seat.
Changing from 3 seats (in the front) to 2 requires engineering approval and blue plating to be legal, any seat that is not a straight bolt in also requires engineering approval.
