Coil spring & shock absorver

Hi how are you guys ????? can anyone plz tell me how find out my Gq patrol shock absorver, coil spring, also bushes are ok or not...is there any tricks to know how are them... thanks

You should be able to see if the bushes are cracked or split just by looking over them, and you can test your shocks by disconnecting the bottom and seeing how fast they drop (thats the only way i know how anyway) not sure about the coils.
