I was thinking about making an injector crack pressure tester.
Heres my thoughts.
Clutch slave cylinder and a gauge similar to a compression tester attached wich you press to reset.
A small pot of some sort running through a filter for the fuel feed.
Just not sure if a clutch slave would compress diesel at a high enough pressure to crack the injector .

Make sure the area is absolutely spotless that you are working on them. In a shop these are all done in an air con "white room" Im not sure on the exact figures of a standard pump but may be worth a look in to see if she can supply enough pressure to crack them once you have bumped your crack pressure up. I would imagine it would be right just be worth a look in. If its more power you are chasing you standard injectors will supply quite a lot of fuel before needing upgrading its mostly the pump that cant keep up thats why plungers are modded to allow more fuel.

Don't set them over 110bar.
About all you can do is look for a lazy injector (pop pressure) and the spray pattern.
My ute makes around the 190odd rwkw with standard injectors.
