Just want to know the difference between the two and why install a lift kit then get a body lift

body lift lifts the body hight from the chassis where a lift kit is suspension lift. people install a lift kit for a better ride higher ride height as it lifts everything but the diffs and more flex to keep your wheels on the ground. People install a body lift to fit bigger wheels like 35's under the guards so they don't scrub under flex as it's cheaper to do so than a big suspension lift because 3 and 4 inch lifts need more then springs and shocks and can be expensive
