Are these worth it?

Hey all im looking at bidding on a set of 5 15x8 rims with 33x12.5 bfg muddies on them. 4 of the tyres have 7-8mm left and one has 12mm left. there going for $650 atm are they worth it and wats the most i should pay.

not interested in the rims so much just want the tyres to upgrade from my 31s. im looking at getting 33 bighorns new for $1040 but if i can save some coin on good second handys would be good.

the extra $400 is worth every cent mate, if your budget can stretch then the best bit of the new tyres will be yours. Sell yours when they are at 60% for $650 and buy again and get the best out of the best end of the rubber mate ;)

I have to agree mate with the above. I'm all about saving money and I'm on the hunt for tyres at the moment but I don't think It's worth it to save $400 and get 2nd hand tyres possibly beaten around with 30-50% tread lost already.

I'm still on the hunt for a bargain too so either pay brand new or keep looking like I am...They'll turn up one day mate!
