Park light cct blowing

I have removed the connection harness for all park lights , disconnected the trailer connection , removed dash light dimmer but stll blowing a 20amp fuse . Any ideas please

What GeeCee said... you haven't put in a new Head Unit recently have you... or wired up another accesory from the stereo power/lighting?

If not another culprit can be damaged wiring in the lead to the trailer plug not the plug itself

No new gear installed , sterio and uhf still working

OK, how about a short in the combination switch. Disconnect the headlamps and see what happens.
After that, it may be time to divide and conquer - cut the wire going rearward, or through the firewall.

Hello GeeCee , disconned under chassis passenger side still blew . Found relays in engine bay removed and refitted all ok, wtf

Well at least you know that the problem is not in rear.
What were the relays for that you played with?

It was in the engine bay , not very good labels but it did say rear lights etc . No faults around so maybe one of the relays is starting to short out

What model is your car? I don't think any of them have any relays for lighting as standard.
Can you put up a photo.
