Looking for the location of the Reverse switch on a 94 GQ Manual Diesel?

Also Matt, someone else should give better advice as I'm a bit lost myself but doesn't the reverse switch sit on top of the gear box?

Might be a bit hard to get easy access but worth a look.

Hi Matt, It depends on which diesel you have in your beast. On the 4.2 it's on top of the gearbox to the rear of the top cover, but on the 2.8 it's mounted in the drivers side of the box just below the gear lever.

My Reverse switch has died, i have ordered a new one but I’m having a little trouble finding where it goes.
My thoughts are its going to be a pain to get to...

Nibor is correct about the locations. To get to them it may be easier to remove the front carpet and the tin plate that holds the rubber insulation to the floor, and go in through the top. Not a difficult job, but it does take a bit of time.
