Hey all,
Not sure if this is the right area for this post but I figured it is to do with the engine temp so it should be alright?
Anyway my problem is my GQ Patrol (RD28T) has been running cold for a while now (needle would barely get above the cold mark) so the old man and I went and bought a new thermostat on the weekend and installed it yesterday thinking that might be the problem. Installing the new thermostat bought the needle just above the cold mark is this normal for a 2.8L diesel to run that cold? Or could a faulty temperature sensor be to blame?
